Suresh Sundararajan
CEO & Co-Founder, Mindsprint
Suresh Sundararajan is the CEO & Co-Founder of Mindsprint, a technology firm offering purpose-built AI-led solutions to modernize enterprise operations. He is a seasoned global business leader with over 34 years of experience, including 29 years with the Olam Group, a leading multinational agribusiness headquartered in Singapore.
Since joining Olam in 1996, Suresh has held a wide range of strategic and leadership roles across the group, spanning Corporate Affairs, Investor Relations, Taxation, Legal, Risk and Market Compliance, Global Business Services, Information Technology, and Strategic Investments. In 2017, he led Olam’s enterprise-wide digital transformation, spearheading the deployment of innovative technologies to enhance transparency, operational efficiency, and sustainability across the agricultural value chain.
Suresh previously co-founded Jiva and Terrascope, two purpose-driven technology ventures focused on agricultural resilience and climate action, respectively. He is widely recognized for his thought leadership in sustainability, digital innovation, and the future of work, and regularly speaks at global conferences and contributes to leading publications.
He holds a degree in Commerce from the University of Madras, is a qualified Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Cost and Works Accountants of India, and a certified Company Secretary from the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. Suresh is based in Singapore.
Nitesh Mirchandani
Chief Business Officer, Mindsprint
Nitesh Mirchandani is the Chief Business Officer at Mindsprint, bringing over 22 years of global leadership experience in strategy, transformation, and business growth. In his current role, Nitesh is responsible for driving Mindsprint’s growth strategy across targeted markets, deepening client relationships, forging impactful partnerships with technology and domain leaders, and strengthening the company’s brand presence across the ecosystem as an AI First company. His leadership has been instrumental in positioning Mindsprint as a trusted digital transformation partner.
Before joining Mindsprint, Nitesh spent nearly 17 years at Birlasoft (a CK Birla Group company), where he served as the Global P&L Head for the Life Sciences business. During his tenure, he held multiple strategic roles, leading business expansion and transformation across industries. He also held leadership positions at the Lanco Group and Intelligroup (now NTT Data), further enriching his cross-functional and cross-industry expertise.
Nitesh holds an undergraduate degree from the University of Mumbai and a master’s in management from the New Jersey Institute of Technology. He lives in New Jersey, USA, with his wife and son. Outside of work, Nitesh is a passionate traveler, dedicated sports enthusiast, and budding chef who enjoys experimenting in the kitchen.
Sagar P. V
Chief Technology Officer & Global Head of Practices, Mindsprint
Sagar P. V serves as the Chief Technology Officer and Global Head of Practices at Mindsprint, where he leads the company’s technology vision, innovation strategy, and capability transformation agenda. In this dual role, he is driving Mindsprint’s evolution into an AI-first, platform-led, and differentiated services organization.
He oversees a broad portfolio of global practices, including Enterprise Applications, Digital Engineering, Customer Experience, Data & AI, Cloud & Infrastructure, and Automation. Sagar also leads the development of strategic Centres of Excellence and the Product Development Group, with a strong focus on building industry-relevant solutions and scalable, AI-powered platforms.
With over 25 years of industry experience, Sagar brings a unique combination of deep technical expertise and strategic leadership. In his previous roles at Accenture, Brillio, and Cognizant, he led large-scale digital transformations, built high-performing engineering teams, and scaled innovation across the Retail, Consumer Goods, Healthcare, Insurance and Travel sectors.
A firm believer in purposeful innovation, Sagar is passionate about driving measurable impact. He focuses on accelerating time to value, enabling customer growth, and fostering a culture of collaboration and empowerment.
Outside of work, Sagar is an avid sports enthusiast. Whether it’s cricket, football, or badminton, he brings the same passion and spirit of teamwork to the field as he does to the boardroom.
Sriram Gopalakrishnan (SGK)
President & Head – Technology Services & Delivery, Mindsprint
SGK brings with him a wealth of knowledge and expertise with over 28 years of experience in the technology industry. In his role, SGK is responsible for overseeing the delivery organization, dedicated to crafting a world-class customer experience. Throughout his career, he has held key leadership positions spanning strategy and Planning, Global Delivery, Business Development, and Customer Relationship Management.
Before joining Mindsprint, SGK played a crucial role in the Digital Presales Leadership team at ATOS, establishing global Presales and solutions team and driving organizational change management. During his tenure with Cognizant, he spearheaded delivery, solutioning, and growth enablement across a large portfolio within the Products and Resources delivery unit. In the capacity of a Strategic Business Unit Head - Delivery, he provided dynamic leadership for diverse engagements encompassing digital engineering, legacy modernization, business process services, and spearheaded transformative initiatives for customers.
SGK is an electronics and communications engineer from Government College of Technology, Coimbatore.
G. Venkataramanan (GV)
President & Business Head – Intelligent Enterprise Operations, Mindsprint
GV is the President & Business Head of the Intelligent Enterprise Operations (IEO) vertical at Mindsprint, a global technology and business solutions firm offering purpose-built AI-powered transformative services that maximize enterprise performance. He comes with over three decades of extensive and diverse experience across leading organizations in both the industrial and service sectors.
GV spearheaded the setup of the IEO vertical and played a key role in establishing it as a strong capability center, contributing to cost efficiency and value delivery for its customers & stakeholders. This vertical has been consistently recognized for its Talent Management, Process Improvement, Innovation & Value Creation, by various renowned business forums. His expertise includes business process transformations and solution-led services with prior stints at Accenture & Ashok Leyland. He is an accountant by profession and holds an MBA from Southern New Hampshire University.
Venkatesh Subramaniam
President & Business Head - Cybersecurity & Privacy, Mindsprint
Venkatesh Subramaniam is the President and Head of Cybersecurity and Privacy at Mindsprint. He has over 30 years of experience in Information Security and Management and has worked in critical sectors, including Finance and Telecom, in Fortune 50 companies globally. Venkatesh was previously with a US-listed financial services firm as their Global Chief Information and Security Officer (CISO) and Business Continuity Head, a strategic role that involved frequent interactions with US Rating Agencies and Regulators. Prior to that, he was the CISO of a major telecommunications company, also serving as their Chief Privacy Officer and Business Continuity Head.
Venkatesh has been a speaker at many security events globally and has received several awards for Information Security, including recognition as one of the Top Global CISOs by Cyber Defense magazine for 3 years in a row. He serves on the Advisory Board of several publications and companies.
Venkatesh has an undergraduate degree in engineering with a Gold medal, an MBA from one of the premier business schools in India, and a Master's Degree in Computer Science from Boston University. He is based out of Dubai, UAE.
Kartik Balasubramanian
Chief Financial Officer, Mindsprint
Kartik Balasubramanian serves as the Chief Financial Officer for Mindsprint, and is responsible for financial stewardship, compliance and overall commercial efficiency. He joined Olam in 2017 as CFO of the Packaged Foods business and Kartik has played a pivotal role in driving business transformation. He assumed his current leadership position in 2021.
Prior to Olam, Kartik spent a decade at Cadbury/Kraft Foods/Mondelez International in various roles across India and Singapore. During the Kraft Foods–Cadbury merger, he led Finance for the Asia Pacific region, driving integration efforts across multiple countries into a standardized SAP solution. He also spearheaded a global initiative, Journey to Simplicity, aimed at optimizing the end-to-end supply chain across the Global Gum & Candy business. Kartik began his career at Unilever India, where he spent over ten years in leadership positions spanning Finance, Logistics, and Procurement. His deep experience in the consumer-packaged goods industry gives him unique insights into technology driven solutions across the value chain from farm to fork.
Kartik holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Bombay and an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta.
Arvind Raj B
Sr. Vice President & CHRO, Mindsprint
Arvind serves as the Head of Human Resources at Mindsprint, where he leads the people strategy for a globally distributed workforce, shaping culture, building capabilities, and driving talent outcomes aligned with the company’s business transformation.
He brings extensive experience in leading organization-wide transformations across industries and has held leadership roles across HR Centers of Excellence and strategic business partnering. At Mindsprint, Arvind has been instrumental in its evolution from a captive unit to a standalone IT products and services organization, driving culture change, reimagining talent models, and building a future-ready HR function.
Recognized as a global HR thought leader, Arvind is known for his pragmatic, business-first approach to talent strategy. He has a proven track record of creating scalable people practices that balance performance, agility, and inclusion.
Siddharth Satpute
Sr. Vice President & Head - Industry Solutions Group, Mindsprint
Siddharth Satpute is the Head of the Industry Solutions Group at Mindsprint, where he leads the development and execution of next-generation digital capabilities. Under his leadership, Mindsprint has significantly scaled its digital supply chain offerings, enhanced customer engagement solutions, and expanded innovative services for smart farms and factories.
Siddharth joined Olam in 2013 as the CFO for India and South Asia and later took on the role of CFO for the Asia region. In 2017, he transitioned into the digital space as Global Program Director and subsequently became Senior Vice President and Head of Digital in 2020. His strong financial background, coupled with a keen strategic vision, has been instrumental in shaping and delivering digital transformation initiatives across the organization.
With over 24 years of diverse experience, Siddharth has held leadership roles across finance and business functions in India, Singapore, and the Netherlands. He is a Chartered Accountant from India and holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Pune.

Amit Bassi is the President and Managing Partner for Mindsprint ANZ, leading the company's strategic growth, initiatives, and operations across Australia and New Zealand. With over 30 years of experience in the technology sector, he has a proven track record of driving business transformation and spearheading innovative solutions across products, platforms, and services.
Under Amit’s leadership, Mindsprint ANZ is dedicated to delivering cutting-edge IT solutions across industries such as Food and Agriculture, Retail and Consumer Packaged Goods, and Manufacturing.
